About our CEO
Kimberly Leckie is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DMC Resolve, providing strategic advisory to senior leaders operating in high-stakes, high-visibility environments where reputation, regulation, and public perception materially impact business performance.
She brings senior-level experience across international media, communications, and stakeholder engagement, advising executives on influence strategy, reputational risk, and decision-making under pressure. She is recognized for helping leadership teams navigate complexity with clarity aligning communications, advocacy, and operational priorities to strengthen credibility and long-term stability. Through consultancy engagements, Kimberly led strategic communications and business development initiatives supporting multinational corporations and governmental institutions, including Nestlé and Desnoes & Geddes (D&G) Limited. She also served as Executive Director of a leading mental health nonprofit, where she oversaw large-scale programs, managed multi-sector stakeholder ecosystems spanning government and private sector, and delivered measurable institutional and community impact. Her cross-sector experience spans technology, sustainability, human rights, sports, entertainment, finance, government, and news media, equipping her with a broad perspective on influence, governance, and risk.
Kimberly holds a First Class Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Master’s Degree with Distinction in Mass Communications from Liverpool John Moores University (UK). Her leadership has been nationally recognized, including the Change Agent Award and nominations for the Governor-General’s Achievement Awards and the Prime Minister’s National Youth Awards for Excellence.
