About our CEO
Kimberly Leckie is the Chief Executive Officer of DMC Resolve, a strategic influence and advocacy advisory supporting senior leaders and organizations operating in complex, high-scrutiny environments where reputational, regulatory, and societal risk materially affect outcomes.
She brings senior-level experience across international media, communications, and stakeholder engagement, advising executives, institutions, and mission-driven organizations on influence strategy, public positioning, and decision-making under pressure. Her work focuses on integrating communications, advocacy, and stakeholder strategy to strengthen leadership credibility, organizational resilience, and long-term stability during periods of heightened visibility.
Prior to founding DMC Resolve, Kimberly led communications strategy and business development engagements for multinational corporations and governmental institutions through consultancy, including Nestlé and the British High Commission. She supported executive teams navigating reputationally sensitive issues, cross-market stakeholder dynamics, and policy-adjacent communications across regional and international contexts. She also served as Executive Director of a leading mental health nonprofit, where she oversaw large-scale programs, managed complex stakeholder ecosystems spanning government, private sector, and civil society, and delivered initiatives with measurable community and institutional impact. Her experience spans sectors including technology, sustainability, human rights, sports, entertainment, finance, government, and news media, providing a cross-sector perspective on influence, risk, and governance. She is known for translating complexity into clear, actionable strategic direction for decision-makers.
Kimberly holds a First Class Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Master’s Degree with Distinction in Mass Communications from Liverpool John Moores University (UK). She has served as a guest lecturer at The University of the West Indies and mentors emerging communications leaders across the Global South. Her leadership has been recognized nationally, including as a Change Agent Award recipient and a shortlisted nominee in the Prime Minister’s National Youth Awards for Excellence for impact in both New Media and Entrepreneurship.
At DMC Resolve, Kimberly works directly with founders, executives, and senior leadership teams, providing discreet, outcome-driven counsel when influence, reputation, and long-term organizational confidence are at stake.
